May. 20 2001— Norwell, MA. - Diagenix Corporation today announced it has completed the installation of two Teleframe 700 Series Telephony IVR servers as part of the first of three phases for The MONY Group's enterprise IVR & CRM initiative.

The Teleframe IVR Servers are each configured with two T1 digital interface cards and Diagenix's Teleframe Telephony Suite of Software and flagship Uni/Voice IVR application. In addition to the standard features bundled in Uni/Voice, Voice Recognition and Faxback were also added to support MONY's requirements.
