Dec. 23 2002— Norwell, MA. - Diagenix Corporation today announced that it has completed a small interactive outbound IVR project for Contemporary Staffing Solutions. The project consisted of setting up an outbound notification script that would call pre-registered candidates and either leave a message on their answering machine or if a live person was reached ask them if they are available for work. The total campaign took less than 5 hours to run yielding some good results. The report data highlighted that 59% of the calls were completed by leaving a detailed message about job availability on the candidate’s answering machine, while 29% of the live candidate’s reached didn’t indicate weather they were or were not available for work immediately. However, 6% of the candidates did respond to being available and looking for work immediately.

“Although the project was small compared to our normal VoiceXPress campaigns it’s a great example of how well our technology works,” said Anton Arapoff President of Diagenix. “The reports we generated enabled Contemporary Staffing to focus on placing those individuals who were immediately available for work instead of manually trying to contact all the candidates in the database. Now that’s an efficient and cost effective way of doing business,” adds Arapoff.

The entire project from start to finish including paper work took less than three days. Diagenix VoiceXPress notification service was used for the project.
