Press Release

Jun. 17 2003— Norwell, MA. - Diagenix Corporation today announces that it has successfully developed the first speech-based, multi-model proxy ballot voting and notification solution available on the market today. The solution was designed to significantly increase voter response rates, reduce the number of secondary mailings and improve the overall automated voting process typically associated with proxy solicitation.

The solution was based on Diagenix’s next generation Teleframe Enterprise Voice Platform which uses VoiceXML and standard web technologies in conjunction with a patent-pending Teleframe Template Engine to assemble and present proxy ballots for delivery using the phone, web, email and print. “Our system uses standard XML data and template transformations to create different proxy ballot templates on-the-fly, for either voice, print, or web.” said Jerry Montgomery, Senior Vice President of Engineering at Diagenix. “complex sub-ballots can be setup and ready to run within a very short period of time and each ballot template can apply a customized look and feel that has been tailored for each mode of deliery.” added Montgomery.
