Our Approach

Start with a series of discovery meetings and workshops to determine business goals and objectives including a high-level use case definition.

Our team develops a high-level happy path design including the identification of all back-end dependencies which are shared and collectively collaborated on before moving onto the next step.

We develop the application(s) on the customers chosen platform (both happy and sad paths) and create and test all back-end application integrations. We perform component unit testing (CUT) of all application call flows and perform NLP and ML to continuously train and test the applications.

We work with the customer to perform user acceptance testing (UAT), provide reporting, utterance, and usage statistics and address any unforeseen deficiencies and bugs during the entire UAT cycle until customer sign-off.

We deploy the applications into the production environment.
