FORUM FINANCIAL GROUP - SELECTS DIAGENIX TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH IVR.
Oct. 05 2001— Norwell, MA - Diagenix Corporation announced today that Forum Financial Group has selected its Outsourcing IVR Services to deliver Mutual Fund information to its clients. The three-year contract enables Forum Financial Group to offer advanced IVR technology to its customers without the traditional costs of ownership.

The agreement calls for the use of one of Diagenix standard IVR applications called Uni/Mutual deployed on a dedicated Teleframe 500 series IVR Server configured with Diagenix's standard Teleframe Telephony software suite and components.

The initial Uni/Mutual IVR application will be configured to provide 7x24 access to Mutual Fund values, Portfolio Information, Last Five Transactions, Fund Performance Information and most commonly used forms. Special IVR application feature will also be activated to include listening to a weekly market report message - provided by one of Forum Financial Group's investment committee members as well as Voice Recognition functionality.

The entire project is scheduled to be completed and in productions by the end of this year.
