The three-year contract enables Forum Financial Group to offer advanced IVR technology to its customers without the traditional costs of ownership.

The Uni/Mutual IVR application was configured to provide 7x24 access to Mutual Fund values, Portfolio Information, Last Five Transactions, Fund Performance Information and most commonly used forms. Special IVR application features are also available that include listening to a weekly market report message - provided by one of Forum Financial Group's investment committee members.
