DIAGENIX ADDS PHOENIX TO ITS ROSTER OF IVR CLIENTS.
Aug. 01 2002— Norwell, MA. - Diagenix Corporation today announced that Phoenix Home Life has agreed to purchase two Teleframe 500 Series IVR Systems to be deployed at CSC’s Wethersfield BPO facility later this year. The two IVR systems will support Phoenix’s newly acquired blocks of business from CNA. Each Teleframe 500 Series system will be setup with Diagenix’s Teleframe Telephony Software Suite, Uni/Voice IVR Application and Teleframe Service Integrator Middleware. Direct support for CSC’s PolicyLink version 8 will be provided via the Diagenix Teleframe Service Integrator and Acord XMLife Service Adapter.
