The integration was accomplished using the latest release of the Diagenix Teleframe Service Integrator product using an Acord XMLife service adapter. Standard Acord XML transaction sets for Life and Annuity type policies are supported opening the door to existing LIDP customers who wish to utilize Diagenix's advanced self-service platform.
