Nov. 20 2004— Norwell, MA - Diagenix Corporation has successfully built and launched a new corporate web site for RoadLink USA which provides enhanced service capabilities to their customers.  The new site, which was built using Microsoft .NET technology, provides a wealth of information not previously available to RoadLink USA customers, drivers and prospective clients.

“The site was developed with an emphasis towards maintainability and expansion", notes Jerry Montgomery, Vice President of Engineering of Diagenix.  "When we looked at their requirements it became apparent that a static 'brochure' type of  web site was not going to be able to keep up with their rapidly changing environment and content requirements".  "We were able to use our experience developing voice- and web-based customer self-service solutions to quickly create a highly configurable, customized content delivery system", added Montgomery.

The entire web site was designed and developed using in-house engineering and graphic design resources. “The site looks great and Diagenix’s team did an excellent job of running the project, said Ken Kellaway, Chief Commercial Officer at RoadLink USA. “They really took the project on and came up with the overall site design and look and feel. In the trucking business things move fast and we really did not have a lot of time to get into the details of what we were looking for. Diagenix was able to execute and get it done", adds Kellaway.
