Norwell, MA - Diagenix Corporation today announced the availability of a comprehensive Voice Survey platform that fully integrates with any standard VoiceXML 2.0 (and above) browser, including Cisco’s UCCX and UCCE environments, as well as Avaya’s VoicePortal.  The Voice Survey platform provides an intuitive web-based, mobile-friendly UI that shifts the development and assembly of IVR surveys from a programmer who has to develop a one-off custom IVR Survey to a contact center admin person or manager who can simply set up and assemble a custom survey with multiple questions and types within minutes via Voice Survey's step-by-step easy to use web UI.   Relevant performance metrics, survey results, and customer feedback via audio messages are available in real-time and can be viewed and listened to on any mobile-friendly smartphone or tablet.  

The Voice Survey platform fully supports pre-recorded prompts that can be uploaded via the UI for deployment in touch-tone (DTMF) only environments.  In addition, support for Nuance’s Recognizer (ASR) and Vocalizer (TTS) technologies, along with multi-language capabilities, have been integrated to support a wide range of deployment types and use cases. 

The Voice Survey platform ships standard with three generic English-language surveys and one Spanish-language survey, with each including professionally recorded prompts.  These generic surveys can be duplicated and modified within the UI as a quick way to get started.  Sample applications for integration with UCCX, UCCE and Avaya Voice portal are also included to provide for ease of installation.
