DIAGENIX SELECTED TO CREATE OUTAGE MANAGEMENT IVR SYSTEM FOR ROCHESTER PUBLIC UTILITIES

Norwell, MA…Diagenix Corporation (DGX) announced today that it has been selected to create an automated outage management Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system for Rochester Public Utilities. RPU’s approximately 42,000 electric customers will be able to use the system to report a service outage over the phone and request a call back when the outage has been restored.
The Minnesota electric company has added the automated outage reporting solution which will help them continue to meet their customers' needs, particularly during storms and other events that may disrupt power system operations.
The IVR will benefit the customer by allowing them to quickly and easily report an outage with no wait time, while freeing up time for the call center personnel to service non outage related calls.
