Modern Design

The core of TFNotify™ is a powerful multi-modal notification engine and queuing technology that has been designed from the ground up to drive a wide range of messaging scenarios. Message delivery is handled through independent Teleframe® TFNotify™ notification client modules that snap into the application framework to offer extensive flexibility and expendability. TFNotify™ comes bundled with standard client modules that provide outbound voice, paging, e-mail, and SMS/Text-messaging capabilities. The notification engine can support any combination of notification clients simultaneously and additional device and message types can be added by creating new notification client modules.

Unlimited Scalability

Teleframe® TFNotify™ has been designed to scale from standalone single-server configurations with 2 ports, to large multi-server farms with virtually unlimited port capacity. New systems can be added seamlessly at any point in a campaign without interrupting operation. Multiple server configurations can cross an enterprise while offering unmatched scalability and redundancy. Capacity is limited only by the number of voice servers being used and TFNotify supports a virtually unlimited number of simultaneous campaign jobs (recipients or groups) running with an unlimited number of notification contact recipients.

Easy Campaign Setup & Administration

TFNotify™ makes it easy to interactively create and manage campaigns using a simple web-based administration console or by setting up automated ýbatchý jobs to import your data and control the environment. You have full control of job features such as ýDo Not Callý lists, duplicate record identification and notification order priority and grouping. TFNotify™ supports importing job information from standard data file formats including ASCII, MS Excel and XML. The ability to work with additional non-standard data formats is also provided through the use of easy-to-create format converters.

Once your campaign has been setup, TFNotify™ gives you full control of all aspects of the operationý pause and resume campaigns, re-configure job settings on-the-fly, and view progress in real-time without affecting the progress of other active campaigns. Extensive reporting with automated e-mail delivery let you monitor campaign progress, confirm message delivery and review statistics as desired.

Message Delivery & Confirmation

Voice messages and pages can be delivered to any valid telephone number either domestically or internationally over the public telephone network. Email and SMS text-message are delivered via one or more mail servers connected to the Internet.

Flexible Message Control

TFNotify™ allows you to create static campaign messages using the web interface, via phone access, or by importing pre-recorded audio files. Voice and text messages can be modified at any time and messages can be assigned to one or more notification campaigns on-the-fly.

In addition to static messaging, TFNotify™ notification clients support² dynamic messaging through a simple template syntax that enables job attributes to be included in the message. (e.g. name, custom text, etc.) This capability is further enhanced by a web-services API that permits external applications to modify message definitions, adjust job parameters, and control campaigns using external processes. The TFNotify™ API makes it possible for organizations to define or assign messages and start notification campaigns without human intervention.
