MONY MOVES FORWARD WITH PHASE 2.
Jun. 26 2001— Norwell, MA - Building on the success of Phase 1 The MONY Group moves forward with the second of a three-phase Self-service IVR and CRM initiative for improving customer services via the phone. In Phase 1 Diagenix and The MONY Group focused on implementing the Teleframe platform as well as deploying Uni/Voice, one of Diagenix flagship IVR applications for Variable annuity and fixed Annuity blocks of business. Phase 2 efforts will focus on adding an additional Diagenix IVR Application called Uni/Life supporting MONY's traditional Life products as well as some small additional functionality to Uni/Voice IVR Application supporting the VA and VUL products.
