INTEGRITY UPGRADES ITS TWO TELEFRAME IVR SERVERS.

Norwell, MA. - Diagenix Corporation announced today that it has successfully upgraded Integrity Companies two Teleframe IVR systems. The project consist of upgrading the server OS, Teleframe Telephony Suite and Uni/Voice IVR Application as well as replacing TF-DIM with Diagenix's new middleware product called Service Integrator. The upgrade brings forth a number of improvements in the area of; reporting, speech recognition, text-to-speech, Acord XMLife support, batch processing, event notification and overall system performance.
