PGW SELECTS DIAGENIX TELEFRAME TELEPHONY SERVERS AND HIGH AVAILABILITY SUPPORT SERVICES TO KEEP ITS CALL RECORDING SOLUTION RUNNING SMOOTHLY

Norwell, MA…Diagenix Corporation (DGX) announced today that Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) has selected Diagenix Teleframe 700 and 900 series high availability telephony servers to be the foundation of Envision Centricity call recording solution.  The TF700 and TF900 series servers are designed for high-performance mission-critical enterprise class telephony applications.  Built to withstand the most demanding requirements these servers offer the best combination of dual Intel Xeon 5500 series processors, N+1 redundant power, hot-swap SAS or SATA drives supporting RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60 storage strategies as well as supporting a wide range of telephony card configuration with up to 16 PCI-x or PCI-e slots that can accept full-length, full-height cards. 

In addition, PGW is relying on DGX 24x7x365 remote monitoring and remediation services to proactively monitor and manage the health of each Teleframe server by provide alert notification in the event of a component failure, patch management, remote access, anti-spam/virus protection and on-site support.
