Norwell, MA…Diagenix Corporation (DGX) announced today that it has joined the Cisco Channel Partner Program. The program will enable Diagenix to offer value added products and services centered around Cisco’s Unified Contact Center product suite and most notably it’s Unified CCX and IPIVR. Cisco commitment to a unified voice and data infrastructure has continued to gain wide scale corporate adoption and acceptance over the past two years. There is no question Cisco will continue to gain momentum and market share as they compete head-to-head with the more traditional PBX manufactures. Diagenix plans to increase its staff with Cisco certified engineers in area of UCCX, Script Editor, ICM and Call Manager.
